Hai.. people supposed to be celebrating at this time of year and then all these things happen like me falling sick and tsunamis killing people and good people like Eileen's family getting robbed. Hai hai hai....not a good start at all to the new year for a lot of people. Oh well, Eileen, I hope your family will do ok and that the police will do a good job of finding those jerks who robbed your family! But thank God at least no one was hurt, except one of those robbers when your mum threw a chair at him! Yeah, go Eileen's mum! You know, studies show that criminals are less likely to do anything to people who are willing to put up a fight? Maybe because of what your mum did, the robbers didn't dare to do anything else so they 'cabut'. :Þ
Oh well, even though it hasn't been a good start to the year, it doesn't mean we have to let it get to us for the rest of the year. Keep on smiling!
